I use it on the days I do my ab workouts, which is once a week. My ab day is usually
4 X 25 ab wheel kneeling
4 x 5 ab wheel standing
4 x 12, 10, 8 ab crunch machine
4 x 12, 10, 8 cable crunch
3 x 50 leg raises
4 X 12, 10, 8 cable oblique crunches
3 x 25 bicycles
