| Kempo/Kenpo is a different bread of martial art. The word kenpo is used in Japan to identify CMA's much like the word kung fu is used here. So to say that some one does Shaolin Kempo is no different then saying they do Shaolin Gung Fu. People add the term Shaolin to show it's orgin perhaps to pay respect and, definitely to cash in on the popularity of the Shaolin name. I've seen Choy Li Fut schools that say they teach Shaolin Gung Fu and in fact they do since the art was named after it's creators Choy and Li. Wing Chun is also associated with the Shaolin temple since it's origins are unknown. So I would say yeah go ahead and say you do Shaolin Kempo because if the forms you do come from a Shaolin art such as Choy Li Fut, Hung Gar, 5 ancestor or any other Shaolin branch art you are practicing a Shaolin martial art.
