| No need to wear a sauna suit, that would really only help you if you were cutting for a competition. It is only going to help you cut water weight which you will regain by drinking water.
Doing all the forms you know at high intensity would be a work out. A series of kicks on each leg 20 times each would be a work out. Running, push ups, sit ups, sparring if you have a partner... basically anything that you would normally do in class. |
