I'm sorry. I am not exactly sure what you mean. If you are looking for a youtube video, you don't need one. Basically you should just run yourself through a section of class. When choosing your routine, I suggest doing mostly stuff you are very good at, with only a little challenging stuff. This is to keep up the intensity of the work out.

For instance, you are really good at front, turning and side kick, but struggling with back kick. For the kicking section of your class, do two groups of 20 front kicks, turning kicks and side kicks but only one group of back kicks. Save the back kicks for last as they can serve as something of a cool down exercise (because you have to slow down and think about them before you kick).
