| The class was very fun! First we bow, then run as warm up, and then did the combos. The first one was a jab, spinning back fist and middle kick with the front leg which was the left. The second was a high kick followed by a spin kick. The third and combo was to dodge a hook, hook with the left arm to the middle, right cross to the face and a high left kick. The last combo was to block an upper, strike with the left elbow and clinch to use the knees. After the combos we did neck exercises and the final bow. It was awesome and I plan to go every monday. |
