| Why is it when you hear BJJ it is always associated with ground fighting? Yeah, they always win one on one fights with almost anybody. Is it instinctive for every BJJ practitioner out there to go down to the ground once he engage an opponent? I wonder if a BJJ got mugged in the street by a few gang members, is he going to instinctively go to the ground?
In my opinion, in street fighting it is best for you to stay on your feet at all time. if you can finish the fight with one blow, then do so. Isn't this the principle teaching of karate? (I read about it somewhere) |
