Okay, you guys got me interested so I got the movie yesterday, and Lady Fighter and I watched it last night. I'd give it two and a half stars out of five. It didn't stink, but it wasn't a classic in any sense of the word either. The fight scenes were well choreagraphed, but Draven was right. The grappling transitions were WAY over the top. Not even close to realistic in any way. The acting was mediocre at best. The plot was a mish-mash ripoff of Karate Kid, Fight Club, and various episodes of The OC. Not great, but worth watching on a rainy day when there is nothing else to do.
