I just let nature do its course rather than a doctor and it healed in a couple of weeks! Other injuries have included split lips from being punched in the face in competition and over-doing knuckle conditioning and damaging the bone too much. Yeah from time to time someone gets a shot to the head, but thats a risk you take when joinin a dojo/dojang etc. But yeah technique can fail sometimes! haha with my groin i thought nature will take its tole! haha i wish i got it checked out before hadn though. But sometimes the good old RICE (For the people that dont know Rest, Ice, compression and elevate!) helps!
