Wow, i was interested in Aikido today so I thought I'd look up one of the Aikido threads. I saw WC Lung's name and thought he knows what he's talking about, bet this thread will be really instructional. Well, now I know Steven Segal can probably take out Van Damme. Woohoo! Go Aikido!

I have learnt Aikido , it is a useful style , but no sorry i have not herd of any famous people teaching it or practieing it
