I'm going to point out that the site listed in that link takes you to a school run by a guy who is a Claudio Franca blue belt. So while it may have at one point been talking about Chin Na, the instructor is training BJJ with a very good BJJ Black Belt and is offering BJJ classes. He is going to have good skills on the ground whether it came from Chin Na or whether it came from BJJ.
