I really wish I could've done more bagua zhang, I only got to sample it a bit. Still young though, so I guess there's still hope Here's my favorite bagua zhang clip (don't know how to imbed it like that)

Emei mountain Bagua Zhang by 93 year old (at the time) Lu Zijian:

Really shows how bagua zhang practice can keep you strong and limber into old age

Looking at the vid, I'm not impressed. It would be more useful if he had a opponent to demonstrated what he is doing.

Ur rarely impressed it seems. Odd mood lately or somethin? Or are you usually like this? IMHO, Its a form, and those are usually done by ones self. Yes I know they can be done vs someone to, and yes it looks cooler but /shrug.

Side Note: It applies the form on a person at the end. ><

Are you refering to the first vid? or the one with Lu Zijian?
the first vid has applications at the end. the one with lu zijian, i just feel is impressive because at that age, he is still able to move fairly easily.

Both...though the applications are shown, not all in the form are so...

The age thing doesnt impress me
