You're supposed to take Jin Suo Gu Jing Wan/ Gold Lock Tea Pills

Also, ironvest

What is Iron Vest training:

Iron Vest/Iron Jacket skill is the transliteration of Tieh Bu Gung, which exists in both internal and external versions within the Chinese martial arts. The external version is known by Golden Bell training. This is a Shaolin method that uses canvas tubes of beans, gravel and steel shot that one uses to hit the body all over, conditioning it to withstand higher levels of abuse. There are medicines involved as well as Qi Gong exercises that are performed to ensure injuries are minimized.

Internal Iron Vest training does not use these forms of external methods to train the body. Rather than cause trauma via hitting the body, Internal Iron Vest for CombatŠ trains the fascia of the body using a collection of exercises that twist and stretch the various layers of fascia and muscles of the body causing these layers to thicken and strengthen over time. Add this to a serious standing meditation regimen that is found within this training set and you can train the ability to absorb serious amounts of punishment while minimizing injuries to ones self. Internal Iron Vest for CombatŠ is also used to help strengthen total Internal Power.

Thank you so much for telling me as well as the useful and facinating information. I'm very happy to know that there are people like you who are willing to take the time to answer the questions of other people.

As women get older they need to take vitamins to replenish their iron levels. Thus, Centrum Plus for Women is sort of the modern female's 'iron vest.' Get it?

Wow, is this a forum or an oil painting... am I right, Martial Man?

If you don't get MM's humor, don't worry. It is rather dry and often obscure.

I think some of the jokes that are posted on this site lose their humor when they cross over cultural or societal lines. I don't think it's a lack of humor, just a lack of understanding.

But some humor is "universal", like flatulence....
