If you do a search I'm sure you'll come up with many around you. After that if you want advice about the schools or instructors, I know a lot of the people in the US kung fu circles. If I don't know, I'll tell you that too
Hmm well I did another search again and I found this place: JINGCHISHENCV.COM It's in Carmel which is near Monterey but I have never heard of this particular school of Taijiquan.
Styles: Western Boxing, Tai Chi, Animal Form Kung Fu, and Wing Chun

If you want touchy feely make you feel good new age type martial arts, then that would be the place for you. I'd be wary if combat ability was your goal.
