Hi!

First up, good job with the website. There is a lot of quality Martial Arts info there and the video of the week is always interesting to watch. It's good to see the site updated quite often as well.

However, there are a nubmer of things you could probably improve. First of all the number of adverts on the site completly ruins it's apperance and make loading times MUCH higher. I know adverts are needed to pay for hosting and stuff but is that amount really needed? if it is, would there be a way to show less ads but charge more for advert space on the site?

Another few thing I liked were the search system at the top in the banner (easy to access) and the banner it's self looks good!

Another thing you could possibly think of improving would be the navigation buttons. How about making them animate or something?

Anyway, just a few suggestions and comments there. Good job and keep it up!
