PM Size Increase

I know some of you might be hitting close to your PM size limit or even exceeded already.

We have now increased the PM size for blackbelts from 200 to 300, and for Masters from 200 to 500.

And mods also get their size increased to 500.

Want bigger PM box size? Get a higher belt.
