Actually, caffeine and creatine together can create creatinine which is a byproduct of creatine that the body does not absorb. If more recent studies are showing something different I will have to check that out.
But caffeine is actually REALLY good pre-workout. It not only gives you some energy, it also is a mild pain killer! YAY CAFFEINE!
Pain Killers are for Pu**ies. Ha ha. My turn!!!!!!!

I bet you didn't enjoy your first beer. But you kept on drinking it anyway right?
I recomend either pomegranite juice or acai. Both reduce the number of free radicals in the body. Another good idea is to do a total body cleanse. This is the big hollywood secret for keeping young and reducing stomache bulges.
I've been taking an acai berry blend for about 8 months & I've noticed some dramatic improvements to my health. That's another story for another day, but I'll post some facts & figures when I get time,

I enjoy St. Polly Girl, Heineken, Sam Adams, Tsing Tao, Kirin, Rolling Rock, Red Hook, basically nice bottle beer. Not too crazy about Shwagweiser.
We get some nice imported beers here. Corona, Heiniken, Grolsch, Lowenbrau. There are a couple of really good local beers too. Carlton Dry Fusion(Brewed with a little lime,or lemon & salt), is my favourite Aussie Beer. But be warned. Don't ever try Foster's, VB , XXXX(Four X YUUUUUUUUUUUKKKKKK) or KB. These are the nastiest beers on the planet.

Acai is huge in the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu community and I have been using it as an additive for my protein shakes for years and years. It is a powerful antioxidant, but to be honest that's about it. The thing is, it is usually mixed with a a guarana juice for flavor which contains a massive amount of caffeine.

This is exactly why they make a lot of different beers! Some appeal to some and not to others...that's what makes us all individuals. Me I drink beer occassionally, but am not fond of it. I love coffee, but try to limit to one cup in the morning, and have it only with cream. My dad drinks it black and thought that was the only way to drink it. To each his own, if we all agreed and liked the same things, this world would be a very boring place. TG for diversity!!!

My wife is Brazillian and she buys the frozen Acai for us to mix with our protein shakes. MMMMM.....tasty!!!!
I don't much care for the Guarana, only in soft drink form.

I've actually been having problems going to sleep at night. Been going on for 2-3 weeks now. I'm only getting about 5.5 - 6 hrs per night. I do well with 7hrs...anything under and I feel like a zombie during the day.
I'll go through phases of this. I actually haven't had this problem in a while...so I'm not sure what the deal is.
I'm not stressed, not depressed, my mind isn't racing, and I only drink 1 cup of coffee in the morning.
