All this talk of caffine, does nobody drink black tea with milk and two sugars? Proven in a recent study that 3-8 cups of this kind of tea contains ALOT of antioxidants.
I personaly do not believe in anti-oxidants or calories, as women in the 60's look just as good as the women now. So why worry about them now?

You really believe that the women back then look as good as the women now?

The black belt is not a mark or symbol of the end of the journey to ones mastery of the arts; rather it is the mark that one is done packing for their journey and may now take the first step in their true journey. This a journey which can not ever be complete, only traveled..."

After the miniskirt was invented - every thin girl looked sexy (j/k). What I actualy meant was that there were thin women then and they didn't know about calories:/

I think a big part of this was more home cooking, and fewer processed foods.

You don't believe in them as in "You don't think they exist"? Or you don't believe in them in that "People are over sensitive about them"?
The first, I would ask you to do some research into anything about medicine or chemistry. The second, I would agree with you as daily exercise is not stressed nearly enough in most diet plans because everyone is looking for a quick and easy fix to their problem.
