Sanshou Video

Sanshou or applied Wushu will actually be a part of the Beiging Olympics in 2008. It is a freestyle of Kung Fu that combines kicks, punches, and throws for a full standup style. We also study groundwork so we can do well in MMA competitions.

Check out: www.wujikungfu.com for more info

Peace,

SG

well i'm here to judge honestly so please i'd like to accept my judgement and i don't want to be hard at u .

first of i don't believe in fights that counts on points .

second i can't find anything unique at this gung fu style

third his bronze match was a big miss that shows his technique look how many punches and kicks he has recieved and his centre line was open at least he couldn't defend himself or do a good punch or kick which he can earn a point on it .

i just wanted to show my own viewpoint and i always seek to be the best
u'll say simply which champion u won and where is technique i'll tell u i'm not concerned in champions and u may watch my videos on youtube .

See I dont mind point matches. For one, I am really fast and tend to rarely get hit, which in turn I throw a good combo or two in and score almost every attempt I do.

But I do understand where your coming from when you say point matches are "BS". Sometimes the judges dont see the point you got or they say the other person scored a point when you clearly blocked it ect... Its just for fun, if you want to do "real sparring" join something like the UFC or cage matches... but those will get you messed up so you better be good.

Then again I hate how they always end up on the ground and they struggle ect... I know in real life this is how it turns out sometimes (people will say more often than not) but its not as fun to watch at times, especially when they arent doing anything for the entire 5min round.

Anywho, I see where your coming from and I do agree to a certain degree but I also disagree in certain area's ^_^
