Glad to see that their putting this forum down brought new members to this forum.

However, we don't need to stoop down to their level by putting other forums down. I rarely visit other forums, good or bad. I just need to do my best to make this forum a better place.

i just got into martial arts so i figured i would find a forum so i could get some tips on training. it was the best decision of the day. this is the best forum i have ever been on. everyone is so friendly and helpful. i am on this site more than anything else, by far.
