I have been getting quite angry after classes and then by the time I'm home I'm sick and shaky.
I told my teacher today expecting he would say that happens to lots of people when they first start but he looked a bit blank and after a long pause told me I need to cool down before I leave.
I do a bit of Yoga so will make myself a routine to do before I leave.
I was wondering, has this happened to anyone else?
Has any one got any ideas?
What exactly are you angry at? Your teacher, fellow students, yourself, or everything in general?
I feel aggressive, I thought I saw my ex the other night and was hoping he would walk by and have a go at me so I would have an excuse to fight back..like I never did when we were together.
But sometimes I just have really aggressive images in my head and feel really angry then I seem to take control of it and then I feel kinda wobbly.
I've heard they can set your hormones a bit funny while your body get used to a new excercise level, could be wrong, not being a girl with an implant myself and all.
Hope you figure it out.

Ah, Steven Seagull, I bet nobody's thought of that before.
I have had it before. I was moving furniture and the more I humfed things about the more angry I got, not about moving furniture just er well aggressive feeling.
I have searched for info but not much came up so far.
No matter your gender physical assertion, especially competitive sports, will release adrenaline which increases aggressiveness. There is a possibility that the birth control you are using reacts poorly with heightened levels of adrenaline. Simply put, Yoga will help you shift your focus and help you to calm down.
I am surprised ladyfighter had not responded to this thread.
She probably just hasn't seen this one yet.
I think Chapel is right. Physical exercise can naturally increase aggressiveness, but the tricks that your implant is playing on your hormones could be heightening that as well. Interesting situation because I've never heard of this happening before.

That post before mine, was that for post counting? How about the one after?
Hey, my post count has the same palaverment tone as anyone elses'
Hello Ocean drop! First let me say, I would research the side effects of the BC implant you are using. Some bc can cause severe hormone swings in women. I personally can not take most forms of bc, it causes hormonal imbalances in my body and makes me "shaky" or "nervous". This could certainly be the cause of your problems. However, if this was not the case, ask yourself: What kind of stress have you been under lately? You mentioned an ex.. is this a recent breakup? How about work? or has something in class triggered a "past" memory that upsets you? All these can be factors in your mood swinging from angry to exhausted! You should certainly keep your MA Instructor informed and I would suggest yoga before and after class in private such as, at your home. I've only had a few students to have this problem of sever anger and nervousness.. usually it was younger males and typically it was those who had been emotionally and/or physically abused. Though a few females do come to mind.. most were also related to emotional/physical abuse. I do however remember a female student who did have to change her bc due to "outbursts" and "nervousness", though she never seemed angry in class she did have alot of problems at school and at home.
Hopefully you will overcome this and continue your training.. which I believe will aid you in your self-control!
Happy Training,
LF
