Its all situational. For example, if you are forced to the ground a BJJ guy is probably gonna do way more damage than a TKD guy. However, if you are standing up, that round house kick to the head isn't going to feel too good. This is a simplistic example, so don't read too much into it.
My personal opinion is that you fight how you tain. Style is secondary. If you train to maximize damage while recieving the minimal then you'll do exactly that in a fight. If you train to do something else, like pose and look pretty, then that is what you will do in a fight. Of course posing and looking pretty probably won't do a lot for saving yourself...

Hung-Ga is one-strikes to eyes, throat, rips, tears, joint breaks, throws, and devastating strikes to the most vulnerable parts of the body.
Southern Mantis, as the strikes are aimed at the most vulnerable targets, eyes, throat, nerve centers, acupuncture points,(it;s nickname is acupuncture boxing-also known as poison snake hand)Most strikes are done with fingers, claws, and poheonix-eye fist.
Shuai-Jiao, throws, joint locks and breaks, and groundfighting. Shuai-Jiao uses the earth to strike you with, The attacker is usually thrown on his head or spine and many times arms and wrists are broken during thr throw.
The most damaging, dangerous martial art I've ever been involved with has been kyokushin karate. The kumite is brutal.

I'd say ninjitsu since it is a martial art designed to kill and Fight Science did say that according the their data, the hammer fist would stop your heart.

I had the opportunity to play with some very high level Daitoryu Aikijutsu practitioners, and believe me-they will hurt you. They strike to set up a lock, into a throw, followed up with strikes. Cool stuff.

Any style which has the 'Monkey Steals the Peach' technique. It was featured in one teaching I heard of the Kata Dante where the aim is to rip off the reproductive organs of a man through his pants.

But I swear Aikijutsu is different from Aikido because Aikijutsu has striking and aikido is pretty much known for not having striking?
