confused

hey i am new here and didnt know how to start a new thread so anyway, my question is i have trained for a number of years but have not in 5 years and looking for a school, im am very particular about one to choose, this is for my boys and not me, have anyone ever heard of American Kuen Gwo Shu Goan? can not find anything on the net about it, help if u can

I havent heard of it but I am sure others have. My advice, go check out the school, watch and try a practice or two. Talk to the instructor and talk to them about their curriculum. Make sure the school fits your needs.

No, I have not heard of it. Sounds like some hybrid style someone made up recently. As previously suggested, the best way is to go and check out the class, talk to the instructor, before making any decisions.

Im afraid I havent heard of the stlye, but I beilieve it is the instructor not the style that is the main factor in the students training, perhapes you should try out any martial arts schools in your area, if there are none of the style that you prefere then pick the best instuctor.
