It was horrible, he gassed in like 10 seconds his punches looked slopy and his shoots were horrible, at one point Herb Dean asked him if he wanted to fight. To top it off the guy he was fighting was a scrub. He really shot himself in the foot on this one.
Wow. I'm so glad I didn't waste my time watching this fight. The Gracies really need someone to represent their family in the Octagon. I mean, it's been a long time since there was a Gracie at the top of the UFC.

That was the most disgusting fight I have ever seen. At one point the other guy walked over to bitch slap him! wtf? If I was him, I would never mention to anyone my last name was Gracie.
They need to stop underestimating boxers and kickboxers . That's their problem. They probably don't think training in striking is worth their time . I think that Royce trianed in Muay Thai for his matches but I definitely couldn't see that in Rolles Gracie.

Actually, Rolles Gracie has been training with Greg Jackson so I am sure he is getting extensive work with striking. While I didn't see the fight yet, it's not that surprising of a result.

I think that was the problem.....he trained with Greg Jackson....I mean how many good strikers come from that camp. I personally don't think Greg Jackson is all that great that people make him out to be. I mean what is his background....who trained him to be a trainer.

Thanks for the link, bloodstrike. However, after watching that train wreck, I now want my nine minutes back. That was terrible. I've seen better punching technique by six-year olds with no training.
