Gymnastics

I just want to make a post about conditioning by doing gymnastics.
Going on the trampoline and doing tricks is a great way to strengthen muscles. For example: Doing back and front drops strengthens legs, abs, and some other random muscles.
Also doing tumbling: handstands, cartwheels, rolls, etc.
can do amazing things for agility, balance, and also strength.
Doing gymnastics along with martial arts is a great pair of activities. If you have any more examples post them please.

Good points.

However, gymnastic equipments are not as easily available as others.

Not to mention that a lot of gymnastic abilities require flexibility.

It looks so fun. The facility in the video looks like a great place to learn.

You can get so much natural high from doing all these tricks.

Yeah,as long as you find a good gym then all you have to do is dedicate yourself when you can and it will help with your martial arts. Unless you get some injury doing a sommersalt .
