Okay i went out today and got me some new supplements.I am gonna try and keep track of my changes on here.
First I have bought ON whey dietary supplement. No carbs all protien in order to shed fat and keep muscle. I got the Fruit punch flavor and its tastes like watered down gatorade. I personally don't like the stronger tasting stuff.
I also got got some energy/fat burning pills. They are called ECA. They contain Ma-Haung(standardized for 10mg Ephedra alkaloids),Caffeine Anhydrous,White Willow Bark.
On top of all this my friend Ross (who owns Sportsline nutrition where i get all my stuff) told me to incrrease my water intake. He said i should take my weight divide by 2 and thats how many ounces of water i should drink daily. I will be mixing all this with 30 minutes a day of cardio and 3 days a week weight lifting.
It has been a long time since i have stepped in the Gym. I am sure the first month is going to be pretty embarrasing. I am also gonna have to work out the shoulder injury which caused me to stop working out in the first place. I have hit it in recent months but i didn't stick with it long enough to get anything out of it really. So i will post my work out results and we can see how i do together and if ya want you can join me and hit the gym a little harder.

I used to take Hydroxycut, which also contained Ephedera. That stuff really works, but always be careful with the side effect. For me, it was increased heart rate and higher blood pressure.
Just be careful. Monitor your vitals and if something doesn't look right, stop taking them right away and go see a doctor.
I'm actually sitting in my writing class right now. These pills took me for a loop today. You have to eat with them or they will make ya feel sick. You can't take them past 3 either i would say or youll be up all night like i was.
THATS SO COOL JAYSON! Where are you going to work out? Personally I would like to see you nix the fat pills,and just burn some fat!!ie Your Cardio workout. You can increase cardio time anywhere. Just start running around everywhere like Forrest Gump. Seriously.Park as far away as you can everywhere you go and RUN! in. Wind sprints are great.People may think you're crazy,but does that really bother you?
Back when I actually HAD a work-out. I had to use the milk-shake kind of protien powder,otherwise I felt like I was starving all the time.
WATER is the MAIN ingetient in weight loss.Drink it till you feel like you're going to drowned,my son!
