Home Country: | Tiger Balm Tiger balm has gotton really popular in the past decade. It was a "undiscovered secret" that a few hardcore martial artists knew about long before.
Does anyone use this product and how about listing other remedies (per Dit Jow)

Home Country: | i use tiger balm. i have a lot of hip problems wo i put it on when i throw out my hip. the only inconveinent thing is that you are suppose to switch between hot and cool and tiger balm is only hot. you still have to use an ice pack. they have cool gels by other companies, but i don't find them affective, but my mom swears by them. they also have a hot then cold patch, but i have a really hard time finding them in Canada, so i have not tried them. i will not say either way if that looks good because in canada we have stricter guidlines for product approval so i think it is a little odd that it is not here yet.... but i haven't look for about 6 months, so it might be here already. |

Surely, there are egual products easier to get and lower cost than Tiger Balm and Cryogel
Tiger Balm is now in patch form and someone told me they seen the products in Walmart. Is it the same?
