My park has steep hills so for it's kinda like interval training when I have to run very hard for maybe half a minute and then later jog as per normal and so on.
I disagree. A sprint is however long you can run at full speed, it isnt based on a distance but intensity. You can always increase your endurance for running at full speed. Check out sprinters. They run 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m. All of these are sprints. I assure you the 400 and 800, quarter mile and half a mile, take endurance.

Even the best of men are capable of the most disgusting evil. Just as the most evil man is capable of showing kindness.
Do not be fooled into thinking your enemy's sin is worse than yours, or that your's is better than his.

short is a realative term, but sprint by the very definition is not meant to be for like a marathon.... it is a realatively short time..... and agreed about intensity, that is the main purpose, go full intensity, which cannot be maintained.... but you will increase how long it can be maintained, which i guess is kinda endurance....
For my cardio workout it's quite simple. I am a former track athlete and what we used to do at practice was start off jogging around the track then it led to stretching the muscles so that they were warm. After that we would jog once again around the track twice to get our bodies warmed up even more. Then it came down to dividing up into our individual groups and do major cardio workouts. After an hour to hour/half or practice. We hit the weight room to add muscles. I still to this day follow that same routine so that I stayed in shape.
