I must say it isnt hard to get calories, thats why they invented supplements. They are cheaper and generally better for you than whatever you would be eating. I agree that size isnt everything. I am more going for strength and muscle density as the product of my lifting. If I stay the same size that would be cool because then I wouldnt have to buy new clothes .

I am an ectomorph and recently I've been eating more so I get a bit of flab on my stomach, otherwise my arms and lower legs look like a monkey's.
It's not that I don't gain weight when I eat more than usual but it's just that it goes to more invisible areas like stomach and thighs. Even if I put on weight it tends to plateau at 51.5kg. Can't gain weight and can't lose weight anymore at this stage.
But I am Chinese and I eat a Chinese diet and I don't eat fast food. Maybe that's why I don't really get fat.
Here's how my daily school day diet looks like:
Breakfast 6.30 am Cheese and Jam Sandwich, maybe small fruit
Recess in school around 10 or 11 am White rice with vegetables and meat or tofu, and occasionally jelly or some tidbits
Lunch 2pm Double sandwich, a big fruit, and maybe more bread/crackers or fruits or a chocolate drink (I'm trying to cut down the junk here)
"after a morning workout": high carb/high protein shake
bowl of spinach, bowl of baby carrots
Snack: 2 rice cakes with peanut butter or spinach w/carrots
high carb high protein shake
Lunch: grilled chicken
spinach/carrots
Snack: high protein/high carb shake
2 rice cakes with peanut butter
After the evening's workouts
Snack: protein shake or a high carb/high protein shake (depending on how I feel about the workouts of the day)
Dinner: rigatoni or lasagna or chicken or pizza
spinach w/carrots
Snack: protein shake before bed.
When I started TKD I was about 196, now I cant crack 190 for the life of me. But like my quote says I am getting stronger, plus my body fat is dropping

I dont worry about what I eat but I to know I eat to much junk food and drink way to much lucozade. In fact i an drinking some now. what would be the average weight of someone who is 6 foot 3 and in there teens?
Jorge I feel you. I am still losing weight with my diet and I havent even started to do any conditioning yet. My personal diet is about to get really expensive if I have to add another 1000 calories.

i ussaly eat good breakfeast and good lunch skip supper but these past two day ive been skip lunch too because i ve not work because my boss cant find work for me and i anit hungry.
