Dancing Dragon is on a distinguished road

Lil Dragon, me and you have lots in common, lol. I breakdance too, I'm more about aerial moves though. But for fitness I simply perform calisthenics 5 days a week. Practice hand techniques on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; and leg techniques on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Daily I practice my dancin, flexibility and my footwork (skipping rope, bouncing around on toes, ali shuffle).

My Calisthenics:

Push-Ups on knuckles
Sit Ups
Weighted Adductor Flyes
Squats
Crunches
Leg Raises
Pull Ups

I wish someone would have told me about adductor flys long time ago. They are crucial to side kicks, especially when you are working out a strain.

Mostly I just practice weapons.
The deep stances and extra weight of swinging the weapons builds muscle, and since the motions are usually the same as the empty hand ones, it builds the right muscle and speed.
I do, however, do some light lifting two or three times a week, as well as a bit of cardio in each of those sessions.

I practice in dojo 5 days a week, we start with warm up for about 10 min, then we stretch other 10 min, and then spar and kick for 40 min, saturdays I run and stretch by my own for about 1 hour, sundays I train upper body, biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, everything with free weight training (tkd stresses a lot leg training, but almost nothing the upper body).

50 sit up and press up before bed and 2 minute of horse stance and some leg stretching everynight.

15 laps of a basketballcourt as warmup
