I dont know how much a kilogram is but that sounds fairly heavy to me
be careful, lots of lights weights are more effective for martial arts training not few heavier weights. Ive seen the hugest and bufrest guys taken out by a sprightly smaller man because the large guys have lots of strenght but no flexibility, elasticity or speed
its pretty heavy. I don't want to be bulky but i am an ectomorph ( i think, the skinny one) and need to build quite a bit of muscle though i have got quite abit for my size. I would like to be about the size of a welterweight then when i'm big just tone up.
Few reps with heavy weights - build muscle
more reps with less weights - Tone muscle

I do daily:
99 pushups (Normal clap into knuckle pushup clap into wrist pushup)
3 reps of 100 Situps (1 of normal situps, 1 of crunches, 1 of twist situps)
20 minute blast on punchbag, random techniques
1.5 miles everyday
17kg dumbells training arms, shoulders and pecs.
I am a VERY VERY MOTIVATED 14 year old. and my step dad bought us a standard bench and some free weights, so I can only do so much exersices. Can't wait till I get my punching bag, and then I can add even more speed, balance, stamina, and power to my attacks.

Yeah man I do the same things. I am tryin something new now were I build some muscles big and the smaller muscles I make ripped. I just want to look like Bruce did in the Way of the Dragon, but origionally I wanted to look like he did in Enter the Dragon, until I was informed that that wasn't healthy because if you look like that (look like you are always flexing even though you are not) then yo u might possibly have a very low amount of body fat and suffer from dehydration.

i would advise you little dragon to cut down on muscle building. At your age your bones haven't full grown yet and building muscle could deform them. Wait till your about 16 till you try to become Bruce
