Age you ask?
I started at 42 and I am 44 today. I'm a purple belt in TKD. My son started at 9 and is 13 now. He got his 1st Dan in last November.

I started training in Shotokan Karate at age 25 for a few months and then switched to Tae Kwon Do (since it was taught where I live). I haven't regretted it and have been doing it for 15 years now.
