I think its imposible to judge a person by 54 questions.
chakras though useful for chi development are not a definition of who you are. |

how is your chi ben? | chakras are linked vaguely with neo pagan practises, having experienced chakra exercises myself they develop the same sort of energy as chi in side yourself but in more specific locations, for example drawing energy into your heart chakra would develop what sopme might call chi in that area of your mind (not body|) In order to achieve the qualities of a energized or happy heart, such as compassion or kindness.
you can find information on opening and closing your chakras in most neo pagan books, or if you dont feel comfortable with 'paganism' as such then there are books specifically about chakras, theres a link below as an example of some of these books Amazon.co.uk: chakras
what amazes me is that paganism, from the west, and buddhism from the east both discovered this energy, the buddhists for some reason chose to name it chi, and the pagans, sought to embed it into themselves as chakras, weather this is coincidence that two separate groups discovered the some thing is subject to speculation.
and too answer your second question, my chi could as always could do with a little more flow, but its not too bad, and yours? |
