You dont need to go on a diet, if you truly want to lose weight and be healthy, you need to change the way you eat forever. There are many ways to eat healthy. The problem with diets is that everyone processes food differently. Some people can eat carbs and not gain weight, while others cannot. You blood sugar is a good indication of this. If you have over say 10-12% bodyfat and are a guy, you are eating incorrectly. Technically, your bodyfat should be below that regardless of how much you exercise. But remember human bodies are meant to eat meat/veggies/fruits and exercise (hunt) for food.
I really suggest you read the above nutrition plan.
Anyway, a very very simple diet strategy - STOP EATING PROCESSED FOODS. That is the best diet in a nutshell. You will lose weight and your bodyfat will drop. |
i agree. stop eating fast foods, and cakes, processed foods, get excercise, run, etc.
remember we can only tell what needs to be done. the biggest problem is actually taking action, and staying healthy, and trying to lose weight on a day to day bases. eating healty once a week, wont solve your problem. nor will going on a diet. like jonh said change your eating habits forever, and dlike others said stay fit, and excersise. the hardest part of losing weight is staying detemined, and consistent, and/or even begining your weight loss routine.
