Has anybody ever taken this popular fat burning supplement?
It used to contain ephederine but now claims it does not, after it was banned. There were few cases of deaths caused by people who were taking similar supplements to lose fat that contained ephederine, such as Hydroxycut and Ripped Fuel.
Personally, I had taken Hydroxycut about 6 -7 years ago. I can honestly say it helped me stay lean and helped with metabolism. However, there were some side effects. My heart rate was kept high and my blood pressure was also high. I had stopped taking it since.
Just a bit of warning to anybody else who's taking similar supplement or even thinking of taking. Check with your doctor to make sure your body can handle the side effects.

I've always said, natural is better. As my dad used to say, "If you need to take supplements, then you aren't training hard enough!"
Haha, he was a hard man but he was a good one too. If you eat right and train every day you shouldn't have a problem with losing weight or keeping it off, unless, of course, your body is just designed to be heavy set (Sammo Hung anyone?).
The problem is that people think that suppliments can replace good eating or training. Suppliments will basically only give you faster results, not change your results.

Yes, I agree, but I'm an advocate against supplements. If you cannot attain that sense of focus and strength through normal means, then you aren't trying hard enough or pushing yourself hard enough or even setting your standards high enough.
Eh, I just have personal problems against supplements. It has effected me personally through a friend and ever since then, I've been against them wholly.
