Offtopic since we are talking about Egypt.

If you like the sites in Egypt, then I recommend you visit Wadi Digla, its a natural preserve that is a 30-kilometre stretch of the Eastern Desert and a 10-minute drive from the outskirts of the Cairo. It's wonderful, I've helped finished a documentary about it.

How can the documentary be viewed by others?

What was your position/job on it?

It can be viewed here:

http://homepage.mac.com/craigduff/iMovieTheater25.html

I helped out with the questions for interviewing the ranger whose answers became the narration and I contributed in the editing script. I'm also credited as one of the producers.

This film was a project in a Documentary course at the American University in Cairo (AUC) which was lectured by American director Craig Duff who served as director and cameraman of the film and is an award-winning documentary television director, producer and writer and works for The New York Times.

I don't know about grappling or kickboxing but TKD, Karate, Judo and even Kung Fu are popular here and are trained in Egyptian clubs.
