I agree with kenpodog, look into the native systems if you get a chance. Learning a style in the country of its origin has to have perks. In any case, sit in on some classes from different styles. Instructors are usually happy to see new faces and discuss their schools art.

What it really comes down to is the individual schools. Check them out, take their free class or watch a class. Styles will vary wildly between schools just as they do between people.

i already said to him that, maybe try first our native system like you said before
