hey fellas. still proper lost on this site. judo trainin was intense. if you fancy it give it a go. proper lung burner and bruises to be proud of.findin shotokan a bit tough due to the katas, cant get me ed round um. went toa aikido class other day.know its not fashionable but i reckon it was spot on. gonna have a go next week. do what you enjoy i say.
