New Guy On the Block
Hi everyone,
Just showing my presence here. I'm new on this site. I'm looking forward to some good discussion on martial arts, among other topics.
My style is a mixed style of martial arts. I started official training with an instructor at age 15, although I was into martial arts before that time by way of family members who were into it.
At 15 when my training really took off….I started out with 4years of a jeet kune do, wing chun, brazilan jujitsu and kick boxing blend. Afterward I got into some capoeira and shaolin training for 1year. After that, I did a lot of dojo hopping and self training as well as training with friends for years in different styles.
I don't train at a school anymore, however, currently I'm training in boxing a little japanese kempo/shorin ryu blend(without the forms) And a little tae kwan do with two of my friends who are instructors.
I hope to learn a lot more about the martial arts as I live on, and I hope to meet a lot of cool people here as we share the thing we hold dear to us. Martial Arts
Welcome to the site. Very impressive list of martial arts training. I would also like to train in other styles, but am concentrating on TKD at least until I reach black belt 2nd Dan.
