Hi Guyz, I'm new here but I've studyed MA for a long time trying different MA to see what fits for me. I've dabled in some TKD, ninjitsu, Dim Mak, but right now I'm learning Pankration and Sambo.

Is Sambo the same as Sombo?
If it is, we say sombo over here, I guess because of the negative connotations of the word Sambo.
I'm Dutch. We had colonies in the West Indies and Sambo is another name for a black people.
