Hi and welcome. Wow, there are certainly a lot of Tang Soo Do guys in this forum. I've never even met a Tang Soo Do practitioner. Makes me feel kinda uneducated. Oh well, I'll go break some bricks to make me feel better.

I like those medals. Keep up the good work. I picked up 2 1rst place trophies in Orlando a couple weeks ago. I didnt think that it would matter but it does.
I've won five 1st place trophies and one 2nd place in the last two tournaments I participated in. Truth be told there wasn't a lot of competition in my age group and belt level - only 3 to 5 guys - in each event (forms, sparring, breaking). Still, it's a nice comfidence builder to win. It definitely makes it easier to go back to start training again on Monday!

Yea, i am 40 years old and most of the men in my age group are black belts but i am loving it.I am testing for my purple belt in Sept.
