Hello all. My name is Trish and I am from California. I am just getting myself back into the martial arts after having to take a long break after many injuries, illness, and the birth of my Daughter. I studied Shaolin Kung Fu and Kempo Karate and also did kickboxing and self defense. It was so much fun and enjoyed it. I am married to my wonderful hubby for over 15 years and have one beautiful Daughter who is 6. I look forward to getting to know you all.
Thanks. I am enjoying reading thru all the posts. Yes I have really started training again at the age of almost 39- this next month. I am feeling the pain though. I have arthritis and Fibromyalgia, and back injuries, but I am gonna get back into shape.
I can't begin to tell you how many people spell that word wrong. I have had pain since I was 4 so after all these years you learn how to cope and work thru the pain as best as you can. rest when you need it. Trish
What is BJJ? Also is that a picture of you or someone else? How long have you been training? Trish
Nice try, Guy.
That pic, KFMomma, is George St. Pierre. You should catch one of his fights with the UFC.
