Right first thing first, I have not started any kind of training yet but i am looking at BJJ and MMA at a local club in Aberdeen(Scotland) hopefully will really enjoy the challange and the physical aspect have done a bit of boxing but many moons ago.
Where i found the site!! To be honest i have no idea think i done a search on BJJ Grading and you guys came up so thought better talkin gto people in the know rather than read pages of maybe useless info
Hope this helps and will keep you updated on my progress in the appropriate thread lol | |

My sister just graduated out of the University of Aberdeen. I came here before I started martial arts, people on board are great.
