| I've seen many of those techniques in the kung fu training I've done. The only critiques I have are that some of the techniques he was showing take a while to complete, relatively speaking. Against an opponent that is really resisting that makes it harder to accomplish. Some of those guys were also leaning over thier ooponent once they had them to the ground. I understand they were just learning, but that's a good way to get counter-thrown because your weight is already way far past your center and is no longer being supported by your lower body.
