touche, but that is only if you can touch the practictioner chapel. For by kicking rocks and bricks for long periods of time every day your toes will become strong and hard. So every so often kick the rocks harder and get bigger rocks. Until you can kick a large stone far away at your enemy.

and yes this actually works many chinese martial arts did this practice hundreds of years ago

I do all of them but only about 2 thirds of them have i reaped the final result in.

Most of them take years to fully complete, but they surly help my fighting.

I train hard because i promised someone who is now departed that i would continue to train in the martial arts my whole life, and hopefully influence many future martial artists.
