lol my grandpa before he died had fingers that were fatter than a roll of quarters...When he thumped you it really hurt...it was like getting hit with a ballpeen hammer
Lek Fist: The art of slowly, but surely, turning your body into a tank. Although, I can one up you. Start by flicking your fingers into a medicine ball, then into wood, then into stone, then into steel, then into diamond, then into other Lek Fist practitioners.
touche, but that is only if you can touch the practictioner chapel. For by kicking rocks and bricks for long periods of time every day your toes will become strong and hard. So every so often kick the rocks harder and get bigger rocks. Until you can kick a large stone far away at your enemy.
and yes this actually works many chinese martial arts did this practice hundreds of years ago

Probably one of the best answers I have ever heard, and for the record I ask every single on of my students why they study martial arts.
