Bruce Lee used to get up 7AM every morning and go jogging with his dog. His training included sparring, heavy bags, weight training, etc.

Bodybulding types of weight training.

I used to subscribe to Muscle & Fitness and on one of the issues, they showed an old cashed check written by Bruce Lee as a fee for subscrition to the magazine.

Ehmm..I've ever heard that Bruce Lee also do electric training where he used electric that needle onto particular nerves of his body. The purpose is to increase the speed of his punch and kick.

JKD is Bruce Lee analisys of many martial arts in the world. We cannot judge the origin of his style, and also agree that if Bruce Lee is still alife then he also will not clarify JKD as origin from one country..

The origin of JKD lies within Bruce Lee, not within a country of origin. It was his way of expressing himself through his martial art knowledge.

This is what Bruce taught his students. To express yourself, through martial arts. JKD, just helped them bring it out. To think outside the box, to think outside if fixed systems, and express yourself.

He did not want his students to do the style the way he did it. He wanted them to find there own path, their own way. There own self expression.

That is why jkd is to be ever changing....like water. "If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup, if you put it into a pot it becomes the pot. Be water"-Bruce Lee

I don't think he means that the JKD syllabus will be constantly changing but your own personal expression will be different from everybody else, even if you learn same JKD from same instructor.

Well said complete! Because that's what jkd is according to Bruce Lee. Your own personal expression of the martial arts. What Bruce taught his students was JKD, but it was his own personal expression of martial arts. His style.... He expected his students to find their own way, from the jkd that he taught, not to imitate his style. His style was to only be a building block to help open up their mind so that they could find thier own way. That is why jkd isn't a fixed system, because it is suppose to be your own personal expression. That is the concept and phlosophy behind JKD. "We are not robots, we all are living beings with two arms and two legs."-Bruce Lee

JKD has no "syllibus" it isn't suppose to be a fixed system. The concepts and philosophies of JKD never changes at all. It is the concept and philosophy of JKD that is most important to grasp. Not set moves and techniques, because if the moves and techniques were set, then it wouldn't be your own personal expression, but set techniques that were passed down, saying this is how it's supposed to be done.
I'm sure Bruce had some sort of a syllibus from which he taught his students from, but it was his own unique way of showing his students his jkd, and not ment to be fixed, but transformed by his students into something of their own.
Also, JKD does not analyze other martial arts to change the syllybus. It only thinks out side of the syllybus.
