Fitness for judo

Hi

I`m curious about the best extra-curricular training i can do to enhance judo performance. I have recently started running, as i do not have access to a gym this is the only kind of cardio training available. Does anyone have any running tips which may be useful? I also do weight training 1-2 times a week

You need to be doing intervals, preferablly HIIT type of training.

For more information on HIIT, check out Wikipedia:
