Kenpo

I am not only new to the forum but to Kenpo aswell.
Is it me or is it confusing to learn as i seem to be the worst at remembering in my class. Maybe i'm just getting old man.

Welcome.

It just takes some time getting used to. Once you trained in one martial arts, when you try to learn another one, it will come to you much more naturally and faster than someone learning it for the very first time.

Martial arts is learned almost entirely through repetition. You will start to build up a certain comfort level in your own body as well as increasing your flexibility. After a few years in martial arts I find that most students are able to pick up new kicks almost immediately. So keep practicing and remember to lear your basics really well.

patience is a virtue my friend. Its not going to happan over night overa few years, but it will happen. Keep practising concentrating and you will get it eventually. I also recommend doing some cardio and strength training to. Not to much but it will help with your martial arts. Good luck

Stick with it man, take whatever you remember (that's correct lol) home with you and practice. Your new favorite word should be "practice".

welcome to the forums. keep your class attendance up, practice on your own when you have time and that should help out alot.
