yes, soya and bannana shake taste good, I'm also drinking some other interesting shakes (like apple, pear, orange and bannana, all mixed together).
about exercising I'm doing something like that you said, I let the poomse (forms) and theory to practice at home (we have to learn all the korean names of forms, stances, punches and kicks), and I go to Dojang to have as many sparrings as I can, I've lost about 2 lbs by now.
I'll try an olympic wrestling gym I know to train some grappling.
thanx for the advices!
Thats good, but if youre looking to learn submissions make sure that the wrestling gym teaches it as i think some only concentrate on takedowns, and pins.

yes, getting there, I'm feeling easy now, I think I'm doing it just right, as I said, practicing the forms daily at home and gettin in better shape, I've lost about 2 lbs by now, and there's still 2 and a half months to go
Try not to loose too much weight (unless you have to)
Once you get there...more anxiety......
Once you've past it.....new challenges......

got problems...
I sprained my ring finger doing some grapplings with a friend who is a black belt in judo, somehow my finger got stacked in his gi and now it's all bruised and hurts a lot and cannot bend it, now I don't know how many days I won't be able to train, but I'm sad about it.
Thats the thing about what we do, something always hurts. Hell I cant remember the last time I was 100% healthy. Do what you can though. You can do a lot of running and kicking if you have a bad hand .

Even the best of men are capable of the most disgusting evil. Just as the most evil man is capable of showing kindness.
Do not be fooled into thinking your enemy's sin is worse than yours, or that your's is better than his.

yes, I can still kick the bag, but can't do sparring, and that's what I like the most..., anyway, I'll go to the dojang and see what I can do without my fist.
one hour...lucky, mine lasted like 6 or 7..*remembers brutality*
my instructor(s) said that you should always remember your black belt test and what it felt like...do i ever lol..
but the main thing to have for a test is confidence and to never give up, your judges/instructors or whoever is testing you will recognize when you are doing your very best.

The test werent as felt like the regular course of training. The test was a brief moment of relief.....

This is always the case DURING training.
