Hello, I was in south korea from Oct.26-Nov.5
I had got my name written on a scroll, on some street stand,
and unfortunatly, left it at the hotel i was staying in seoul.

That's very interesting. I always thought the Blue would be more popular.
If you look at the Korean Flag, you will see the upper is red and lower is blue. Growing up in Korea, we've always associated red with communist and north korea, and blue with south.

Thats true, in one way...
Red is assosiated with communism, and blue is assosiated with democracy. But in the SOUTH KOREAN flag(taegukee), the TaeGeuk (Red/Blue Yin Yang) represents the difference between heaven(blue) and earth(red).
Also there is a similar symbol; Sam-TaeGeuk. Here the colours are Red(Earth), Blue(Heaven) and Yellow(Humans).
