red belt testing
i'm testing for red belt on December 21. besides doing my forms and sparring, i have to break boards with a back elbow strike and a front kick. i have been having a bit of trouble with the elbow strike, but i'm not too worried about it, i'm sure i'll pass

Good luck at your testing! I'm testing tonight for 2nd brown belt rank and I have trouble with breaking. All I do is keep practicing until I do it right consistently. You will do well!
